Nice! You want to place an order. This can be done very easily on our webshop.
How do I order something on Coloryourhair.nl?
You can order in 2 ways, as a guest or by registering. If you want to order more often, it is useful to create an account. This can be done via 'Account' or the 'User' icon, but also by selecting "Save my details" during the checkout process.
Place an order:
1. Search for the desired items via the menu or the search function.
2. Add items by clicking the "+" icon or the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Already have an account? Log in via "Account" or the "User" icon.
4. Click on the "Cart" icon in the menu bar (top right).
5. Check your items / quantities and click on "Checkout".
6. Enter (or verify) your contact information / shipping address and click "Continue to shipping".
7. Check the shipping method and proceed to "Payment".
8. Choose the desired payment option and pay to complete your order.
If the order has been processed correctly, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will process your order and send it to the shipping address. With the Tracking number you can view the status of your order.

Accidentally filled in a wrong shipping address?
If you accidentally made a mistake when providing the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will try to contact the delivery person to retrieve your order or have it shipped to the correct address. Unfortunately, this will not always be possible and if the order has already been delivered, there is nothing we can do anymore.
Payment
On Coloryourhair.nl you can shop safely and easily. Our webshop is equipped with a secure SSL connection to protect your data. All payments go through Shopify Payments or through Mollie. Mollie is a reliable payment service provider for processing online payments. To pay for your order, you will be automatically re-directed to our payment page on Mollie's secure site. The exchange of sensitive information, such as credit card data, takes place via a secure connection between your computer and the Shopify/Mollie site. Coloryourhair.nl is not involved in this.
